Our team of professionals has persons authorized to perform cadastral activities, which is why Best Geo Ltd. provides cadastral services, which in turn are related to the recording of various changes in the cadastral map and cadastral registers or the creation of such cadastral registers. , for settlements, neighborhoods, or properties that have not yet been created and approved. We design projects to reflect or correct already inferred properties, buildings or single objects in a building, because very often the situation data, on the basis of which cadastral maps have been created, are out of date or have undergone changes. The same applies to cadastral registers.

The cadastral services we provide are as follows:

• Preparation of projects for modification of the cadastral map and registers due to established incompleteness or error;
• Preparation of certificates for the area of independent objects in a building, due to missing or incomplete data, in the ownership documents of the Employer;
• Designing geodetic surveys for issuing a certificate of tolerance;
• Elaboration of a certificate of identity of a separate object in a building due to its ambiguous identification, as compared to its description in the ownership document and its way of being reflected in the cadastral map;
• Preparation of combined sketches, the completeness of which is determined according to the purposes for which the Contracting Authority needs;
• Drawing up sketches for the right of passage;
• Requesting SOC schemes, building sketches and property sketches;
